I have over 18 years experience working as a therapist providing counseling to individuals, couples and groups. I believe in a strengths based approach to therapy and in providing skills that can be used every day. There are many factors that affect an individual’s peace of mind. By looking at a person’s past and present experiences and how this affects their emotional, cognitive, psychological, social and physical well being, I help identify challenge and change negative or self –defeating beliefs and attitudes that can create or worsen feelings such as depression, anxiety, fear, panic or anger.
