My personal and professional experiences have taught me that sometimes life challenges, like the one we're collectively experiencing now with COVID-19, can overwhelm us and prevent us from experiencing wellbeing and happiness. Reaching out for help may not be easy. Yet, finding a counselor who provides true attentive and non-judgemental support can bring understanding to our difficulties, help us learn how to overcome challenges, and thrive during these uncertain times. In my practice, I provide a supportive environment that allows for personal growth through self-exploration. I have created an approach to teletherapy that is holistic, collaborative, and oriented toward authentic growth and change. Through teletherapy, I offer a variety of treatment approaches tailored to the individual goals of each client. I specialize in helping preteens, adolescents and adults overcome a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, social isolation, anger, difficult life changes, parenting issues, and stress management among many others.
